Cybrog is a very new concept for me. I only know that cybrog is the relationship between human and robot. I think cybrog is not a bad thing that it can help human to do what they cannot do.
Here is a picture about Brotherhood (or Fullmetal Alchemist). Both the two boys in this animation are cyborgs. The one who sits in front's right hand and left leg are made by metal. And the back one is totally a metal robot, but he has a human spirit.
