When talking about cyborg, one of my favourite film called "Artificial Intelligence" comes up into my mind.
It's about a cyborg boy who has the ability to love, longs to be a real child to regain the love from his human mother. It's really touching and inspiring.

Acutally they are all robot but only they hv emotions and feelings that makes them cyborgs. The mother was giving her feeling to his "boy" too, she was so sad when she decided to left him alone in the forest...>.<
